Disgusting burnt, probably sent back from a table in the dining room. Had to wait for them to "cook the sides", but this side is so old and crusty. I know it's rejected food because I didn't order it loaded. These actually stink they're so burnt. And this is what they gave us after talking to my husband about the wait. So this is either passive aggression or their management is that bad.

Ordered two meals to go, was told it would be ready in about 20 minutes. Asked what the delay was. Host and waitress didn't know what the delay was other than the cook thought it best to cook items one at a time, so the meat was done before they started the sides.I spoke to the manager about the unacceptable delay, and they did not seem to care. I was offered a discount for the delay, which to me is too little too late but whatever, we still tipped the waitress who brought it out an hour late. All involved employees made me feel like I was the problem for expecting food ready when they said it would be.To top it off, the manager doubled checked it, the waitress double checked it, then tied the bags off real tight so I wouldn't notice the burned loaded potatoes with cheese on them. We ordered them with no cheese.These people sold us garbage right before closing time. I will follow up with the Gm tomorrow, I expect a full refund including the tip.

The server was good, as was the sweet tea, my husband's porch chop, fries and baked potato. But the chicken sandwich was trash. I wasn't a huge fan of the flavor but tried to eat it anyway and it was just super dry and tough.

Ordered food 53.00 dollars worth ..the potato for the steak looked like it had been there since yesterday...I think they gave it to someone in the drive thru because most would not come back after getting home...I drove back out there and manager said she would talk with cook. But that had nothing to do with my food getting cold because I had to drive it back out to them ...I wished I took a picture of that poor burnt potato.. I sent a message to main office. The manager would not comp or half comp because of their issue...I just waisted 53 bucks for a burnt potato

Walked in with such high hopes. The outdoor area is so cute. Has the potential to be insanely popular. However, when we walked in, we were greeted by the smell of actual garbage and old food. The smell continued clear to our seats. We sat down and the waitress gave us our drink, which were dirty cups with actual food debris on them. We also watched several people get sat back to back without wiping down tables. We ordered our food, 2 kids meals and two entrees. The kids pizza is literally a tortilla with cheese and pepperoni. Our food was mid tier, dry, but the seasoning and sauce was good. However, nothing else tasted like it should. The green beans tasted like sweet potatoes and the cheese on the chicken was an actual slice of cheese with cold onions. My husband’s chicken sandwich was so grisly he couldn’t chew it and didn’t even get through half of it. Had the potential to be a major competitor with TRH and Logan’s but just fell short, with higher prices. I can’t really get over the odor. Just make the drive to Owensboro or Evansville. Really disappointed because this place has so much potential. Was probably just a bad day

Well, we were so excited to eat here today because it's literally been years since we ate here. We arrived at 4 p.m. with a party of 5. Upon arriving the middle aged blonde lady and 2 young girls, had no greeting and when we told them there'd be 5 of us, they acted annoyed. When the blonde lady was gonna seat us at a booth, we reminded her there were 5 of us, she then seated us at a table. After seating us, literally no one came to get our drink order. We noticed a young girl waiting on 2 tables that came in after us. As 4:25 approaches and we're still ignored, I proceed to get up and ask the hostess what was going on because we'd been there since 4. She gets up and goes to back & nobody ever comes to wait on us, take our drink order, explain, anything!!! After giving 5 more minutes and still being ignored, we collectively decided to go to Applebee's, which was a great idea because the server gave exceptional service. Upon leaving, the hostess had a smirk on her face and said, "sorry". Sorry is right because of your sorry service. We'll never be back to waste our time.

Had ribs, they were overcooked, the meat was too soft and mushy. My brother had barbecue wings. They were swimming in sauce and seemed to have been cooked hours ago. They have a lot of customers, people wait to get in which I can't understand. I'm from out of state, I come to visit family and it's thethird time I've eaten there but I will not come back again. This is the first time I've written a review but I felt it was necessary.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This place is horrible, don't waste your money. Our server tonight was slow AF! He barely came to the table. Our whole table was out of drinks for a good 20 minutes. Soggy and cold would best describe the food and nothing came out at the same time. Our food had to have sat under the heat lamps for a while before it was brought out. Everything was cold. They brought out the kids meals first. Their kids marinara pasta was a joke. Literally looked like they cracked open a can of tomatoes and dumped it on the noodles. It was very watery. One of the kids meals came without the side. The next round was one of the pasta dishes and the two steaks. The pasta was ice cold, the fries on one of the plates were burnt and my steak (ordered medium) was so overcooked it looked like Ghandi's flip flop. Next came the Mac n cheese burger. The burger was cold and the Mac n cheese on top was gross. At this point we are still missing my daughter's pasta. We flag down the server to let him know all the issues, his response to the cold pasta is to take it back and "reheat" it, then says let me get the manager. The manager listens and attempts to rectify the situation. He brings my daughter her pasta and refires the other pasta dish and the steaks. My daughter ordered the chicken Alfredo with broccoli and the Alfredo had separated, the broccoli was hard and the bread was soggy. I was literally able to poor butter out of the bowl, almost fill an entire appetizer plate, and there was still butter in the bowl. Another manager brings out the refired steaks and when she does we address the concerns with the Alfredo and she brushed us off and said the pasts was fresh and that they would bring a fresh bread. I cut into the steak and it was cooked to the proper temp this time but it was soggy and bland. It had the texture of a sponge. Pretty sure they threw it in a bowl of hot water to thaw it out. After about 3 bites I couldn't eat anymore, it was gross. No one ate their food and most of us left with either upset bellies or hungry. So after all of that we had to ask the server from the table next to us to flag down our server so we could pay and leave cause he hadn't been back to the table since the manager came. This was my first time and we will not be coming back.

I am a nurse working at the hospital. We order very often. The orders are always wrong. I ordered a bacon avocado ranch salad. When I got the salad there was no ranch and the salad had chicken on it.

We had one of the worst experiences here tonight. Our food was not good at all, our appetizer and meal came at the same time pretty much. It literally looked and tasted like this food had been setting out all day and heated up. The rice with shrimp was crunchy. Our waiter Nyx was very nice and this doesn't reflect him at all. He got manager, but all she did was make excuses and make us feel like we were crazy. One of worst meals we have ever had and we eat out often!!
