Sadly I have to leave this here after one of their main heavy-set blond haired managers tossed out my drink in front of me and walked off after I informed her my small Mocha was bitter and watery. It is unfortunate that they also have not put the lids on mochas tightly three separate times plus almost destroyed my center console on a brand new SUV see the attached pictures. To make it worse I am lucky to walk away without burns. I strongly caution people not to come here if you care about safety from hot liquids or quality of your food. Otherwise suit yourself to be treated like you are a horrible person/Karen. Warning has been given.
