Placed an order for 5 items online. When the 5 items showed up 4 were completely wrong. We were not in a situation to return the items. When I called the manager after the fact he was very rude and not helpful at all. Stated they make the items exactly how the tickets were printed....Clearly they were not or I wouldn't be calling back to explain.
Amazing service, great attitudes which is a major plus. Listened to exactly how I wanted it made and cave out great, if not better then great. The young lady that was working the counter was absolutely on top of what she does. She's not a sandwich maker, she's every businesses dream employee. I think her name was Katy, not for sure. So they call it a monster, commercial shows all this food on the sub. My wife ordered just a regular old sub and I got the 1 that cost 5 bucks extraTaking them out of the bag and I can't tell the difference without opening the paper. What a ripoff!
