The girls are always so very sweet out there, and I've yet to get a bad drink from out there... Everytime the girls and i go there our drinks are made perfectly and jaedens drink is just crazy but they always makes it no questions asked.... I'd recommend going to anyone!!

I stop for Pike Place regular coffee. It is always hit or miss with the freshness of the coffee. The coffee is too strong or too weak, too much cream or not enough, too hot or not hot enough. The coffee that I purchased today was hot water with cream. Do better!I'll do a taste taste in the future before leaving the store.

A VERY rude woman named Sharon at this Starbucks location in a food city was complaining about them closing soon even though they had 45 mins left and we were nice THEN she saw someones trash that wasn't even ours and we were going to pick it up and she then complained how that is why she hates when kids come there

a lady name Sharen was very disrespectful towards me and my friends because we dropped trash and are intentions were to pick up and she told us this is why she hated little kids that come in so close to closing even though they closed at nine but it was eight-fifteen she was so rude she rolled her eyes and was so inappropriate we were all under the age of fifteen so we are children and she was awful towards us she needs to be fired

Most of the workers act like they don’t want to be there and just aren’t friendly, the cashier that checked me out was new and the ONLY one who was friendly or helpful, my coffee was good but I will be skipping this place next time bc this isn’t the first unprofessional visit I’ve had here. If you don’t want to work in customer service go to a factory?
