I ordered a medium caramel frappe through the drive-through by the time I got to the window to receive it it had melted because they made it too early and the drive thru was so slow. I pulled back around and just parked and went inside and asked if they could remake it because it was very milky and water down And the guy working at the front just turned and went behind the wall huffed and said I have to remake it because it was too liquidy for her. He was being smart and so disrespectful. You could tell that he did not want to remake it. and the manager was just letting him. She did not say anything to him at all. When I received the new, medium caramel frappe, he was being smart and put huge chunks of ice in it, and when I told him I understand that it can be stressful but please if you’re going to talk bad about a customer to do it to where they could not hear you. He walked away while I was talking and said whatever have a good night. I drove 15 mins home and turned it upside down to show my husband and it was so icy that NOTHING fell out. I’m so fed up with this McDonald’s.
