This is the worst Sonic that I have ever been to. I sat and waited 20 minutes on a small milkshake. It was melted and was half full of whipped cream. They remade it, but there was no apology or anything. They really don't care.

Nobody bother to turn on the slush machine before opening so our slushies are watery. we sat there for 30 minutes before we got our food. not to mention that the workers were playing with the intercom, being very obnoxious and unprofessional. do better sonic.

Today we got drinks 1 medium sweet tea and 1 large coke, I didn't know the large cokes come with a fly in them! This location has had multiple bad reviews and it's still in business. A couple years ago I had found a rock in my chili cheese tots and I about broke a tooth. How is this place still open?!?! They have found new management but that didn't seem to help, I think it's about time Sonic is replaced with a new fast food restaurant, I'm afraid for my family and friends health when eating at this location.

Worst customer service ever. They get your order wrong and then don't want to make it right. Then when they fix it they half way fix it. Made me pay for something I didn't order and pay for what I ordered to begin with.
Gotta be honest, I can't rate the food at the moment because I ordered and paid 37 minutes ago and don't have it yet.

Terrible, waited in line for a long time, the cashier just swiped my card and walks away then the manger comes to the window and says... So the totals $23.65 acting as if I had not paid to then wait again then get our food and it not be correct burger cold and the fries to be uneatable. Not friendly or good service at all.

I'm not sure why but they always mess up orders and do replace them I guess they are trying to do the best they can, not alog of people work there I get they are short handed as is everyone else in the world and food is OK at times some times it could be better and service with a smile couldn't hurt but other than that it's fast food I guess lol can't complain too much.

Food was good but the service is very iffy. This is the second time I've had problems paying at the car port. The manager said they've had problems with the card reader. Yep. After trying to pay we were left wondering what just happened. I went to inquire about our order and the manager immediately got defensive. Finally got things straighted out but what a hassle.
