I placed an order online and had to wait an extra 30 minutes after the estimated pickup time to receive my pickup order, there were only 2 other cars in the parking lot, so it wasn't exactly busy.The salad was decent, but the deep dish pizza was TERRIBLE.There are a lot of pizza places in Mt Sterling, save your time/money and go elsewhere.

Stopped in to get some food. Smelled like it would have been great, but we stood in the empty dining room for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come out from the kitchen. We yelled hello, jingled keys, cleared our throats, etc. none of the people in the kitchen could step away from their conversation to help us.

I wanted to like this place but I just don't. The first time I ordered here they forgot something in our order, but it was the first week they were open so we just thought oh well, understandable. We ordered again a few nights ago and it just wasn't good. We got a calzone, the tipsy chicken pizza, and the mac and cheese bites. The mac and cheese bites smelled like the freezer and looked a bit freezer burnt. The tipsy chicken pizza didn't have enough of a base sauce and was super dry, but I did appreciate the fact that they use real chicken, not the plastic looking stuff other pizza places use. That pizza has real potential and their crust is amazing. The calzone was swimming in grease in the box and that kinda ruined it for me but if that hadn't been the case I would've really liked it.

As a person who enjoys pizza avidly, i can tell to any who also loves a slice of heaven on their plate, they are doing themselves a disservice not ordering a stuffed pizza from here (chicago style). It not only puts other pizza in town to shame, but also the rest of their menu and i mean that positively. If i had to recommend a specific pizza, go double cup pep stuffed pizza and if you don't enjoy it, you don't love pizza.

I ordered two pizzas for pick up on New Years Eve. This crew did a great job! Pizzas were ready when I arrived. Fresh, hot and with a great ratio of toppings. The Hudson was so delicious! Friendly and efficient service. Nice to see smiling faces coming out of the kitchen to make sure you are being taken care of. This place outperforms other similar eateries in the area and they don't close up shop in the middle of the afternoon. Good to know if you want pizza for a late evening dinner. Hope you have a very successful and prosperous New Year!

If I could leave 6 stars I would. My now wife and I decided we wanted pizza for our wedding. We decided after taste testing a couple places that we were going to go with Big City Pizza. Throughout the next couple months I proceeded to call them at least every two weeks to discuss catering our wedding. Every phone call everyone was super nice and always explained everything perfectly. The last couple weeks leading up to the wedding they even took the time out of their busy day to sit and go over everything with me and helped me calculate how much we needed for our wedding. The workers were awesome, the manager was awesome, and of course the pizza was awesome. If you want pizza for your event or wedding, I promise you they can handle it.

Cozy little pizza joint and the atmosphere was wonderful. Reminded me and the wife of little spots we hung out at when we was younger. We had the Chicago style with sausage and pepperoni and all I can say is wow! Crust was perfect, toppings were fantastic and cheese for days!!! Best pizza I've had in a very long time in Sterling. Big City has officially taken the top spot on my list for pizza!Parking: Right off the streetWheelchair accessibility: Should be an easy in and out for wheelchair access.
