Just disappointed, server was nice but the food was mediocre at best. I’m a frequent Applebees customer and I will never go back to this location. Portions of the sides are smaller than normal. An expensive lesson to learn

Came in today with my husband and daughter and our tabel was so sticky I got a baby whipe out and wiped it down, all of our food was cold when it came out even though it took about half an hour to even get it. My daughters chicken tenders were so over fried that I could barley rip them apart for her. My husband fries were cold his rack of rips was mostly fat, he also asked for green beans instead of colesaw and never got the green beans.My rice was not cooked all the way and my chicken was raw, our waitress wasn't to bad it seemed like she was new so we gave her a brake but man the food just wasn't good at all. I could of got better food from McDonald's down the road and that's saying something. Will NEVER be back here.

Only customers there....got food poisoning from there. Took almost 20 minutes to make 2 drinks, then you couldn't even drink them. Never was offered water or anything else. Got 2 appetizers....cheese sticks were cold but the marinara was steaming hot. As we were leaving they asked us I'd we wanted our 2 alcoholic drinks, that we couldn't drink, if we wanted them to be put in 2 go cups. Pretty sure that's not even legal. The whole time the drinks were being made the "bartender" was sticking her hands in her pocket handing out cigarettes. The tables probably haven't been cleaned in a month, garbage on a table behind us...stuff on the floor. Will NEVER NEVER NEVER be back.

Just so slow, probably under staffed. Waited with other car side people tonight for a fairly long time and nobody ever came out. I called a few times and nobody inside answered. all of us carside people eventually went inside and lined up where we waited another probably 18 minutes or so. At this point the confirmation said my food had been done a little more than 35 minutes so I’m not sure what happened. But it happened to three of us while I was there

Took my fiance to dinner. I ordered the rack of ribs. They were cold as was my fries. My fiance ordered 8oz sirloin with shrimp added on. Broccoli was way over salted and cold. She did not get her shrimp. Her mashed potatoes were cold. They brought her some green beans. They were terrible. Had to hurry home because she got instantly very sick. Spent the rest of the evening in the restroom or bed. It cost me $70 for all of this. Thanks a lot Applebee's. We will not be back. I'd rather eat McDonald's.

Drove from Paris to eat only to find that they closed an hour before posted hours of operation. Being one of the few options to eat that time of night was pretty disappointing to drive there to see the doors locked.

The restaurant was filthy from the doors walking in to floors and tables and menus. My table had crumbs all over it my menus had food caked on it. The blinds next to my table had food caked on and the floors had tons of food on it. We were one of two tables in the restaurant eating and it was 3:50 pm so not busy and not right after a busy time. A table of your workers were just sitting around talking loudly and using a lot of profanity including the “F” word. Surprisingly the waitress that waited on the tables was very nice and did a good job. Food wasn’t bad either. I won’t be back due to how dirty it was and the fact I don’t want to listen to your staff cuss.
Dude. Manager was walking around in sweat pants. Like 530 on a Friday night, three tables in the restaurant. I wonder why that is? There is something to be said about chains in decent size towns that aren't busy, especially when your the only real kid in the block. Maybe you've ran everyone off?

Bathroom stunk like pee and was trashy. Out of wet naps. Silver was wrapped it brown tissue looked like it come out of bathroom. Didn't get a refill for my drink till I was ready to go. My table was dirty and fries stale.

WORST DINING EXPERIENCE in quite some time! My mother wanted to take us out to eat in honor of our wedding anniversary and we decided on Applebee's. For a Sunday afternoon right after church, we remarked how empty the parking lot was. Should have told us something! Didn't take long to get seated, but it was a good 15 minutes before they took our drink order. It was another 10 minutes before they took our food order. Another 15 to get our appetizer. To make a long story short, after 90 minutes we realized everyone else had been served and left, we and another table or two were all that were left in the restaurant and we STILL didn't have our food! We decided if our food wasn't coming soon, we would pay for the appetizer and go somewhere else. The server was very apologetic, but when my husband spoke with the manager all he got from her was an "I'll check" My son and mother's food was brought very quickly then, but my son didn't get his broccoli with the explanation that "we are out", although my mom got hers?!?!?!?! it took about 5 more minutes before my husband and I got our meals. My husband had ordered the Fiesta Chicken, which comes with Pico De Gallo. His didn't. When he asked for it, he got a small bowl of cut up onions and tomatoes. No salt, no cilantro, nothing but onions and tomatoes. It was not very appetizing. I cannot believe how bad this experience was, it's not like there are no restaurants in Murray they are in competition with. There are so many nice places to eat with good variety in food choices and price ranges. My husband decided he was never going to eat at an Applebee's again, until I reminded him how good the one was we had eaten at in Federal Way, WA a few months ago while on vacation. The manager never came and apologized or offered to discount the meal or anything. We were there a good two hours and the food was only meh. Plus, we were so COLD. The restaurant was very chilly. The company needs to close this location. Quickly. It is giving Applebee's a very bad reputation. Only bright spot was that the server and greeter were both apologetic.

She was not apologetic at all, just said, "I'll check" Did not offer to discount the meal, give a coupon for next time, or even bothered to apologize. Server did apologize. The company needs to either come in and clean house at this location, or close the location. It's giving the restaurant a bad name!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Given it so many chances but the service is the worst I've ever experienced and I'm from Chicago. Went in for the all you can eat and was not refilled for 2 hours. Didn't get my drink either. Had to ask a different server for the check to leave.
