Better then McDonald's burger ?

My burger is burnt. Fries are old and soggy. My child's burger, that on the ticket specified plain, is loaded with ketchup mustard etc. Our drinks were fine. That's the only positive I can find from this order. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money here.
They frequently get my order wrong. You never get your order at the window, always have to pullover and wait 10 minutes or longer. When you go inside to eat it takes about a half hour to get your food, they never check if the ketchup is stocked, and the beverages are often not working so you get stuck drinking something you don't want.
