We ordered pick up tonight. The ham was tough, the mashed potatoes were BROKEN, they were so cold and hard. The corn was decent. The biscuit was so hard and dry, I couldn't bite it. I will never order from here again. It was awful.

Our waitress clearly left every plate of our food under their plate warmer for too long (half-melted butter on my loaded baked potato, lukewarm burger and fries, and a plate of chicken and dumplings with clearly cold sauce on top of unappetizing chicken juice).My loaded baked potato had chopped green onions on it, which I had clearly stated while ordering that I was allergic to. It did not, however, have the bacon that apparently goes on the loaded baked potato. I asked for another plate of chicken and dumplings--It was not offered by our waitress. I asked myself.--and received the exact same plate heated up. The food was cold. The plate was hot.Well-stocked gift shop, and a clean restaurant.Dietary restrictions: I told the waitress that I was allergic to onions. We went over it twice. I received a side with onions anyway.

When I went, a Thursday evening, my group was seated immediately. We got an amazing table away from the other people, and the atmosphere was cozy, as expected at a Cracker Barrel. We had the BEST possible server, shoutout to Addy, you were amazing! There was a computer glitch, causing the kitchen to receive our ticket late, which our server told us about as soon as she found out. Still, we only waited about 20 minutes for our food. Addy kept us updated and checked in with us frequently during this. Once we got our food, she made sure my friends steak was cooked to her liking, and asked if everything looked ok. It looked amazing, and was hot and fresh. Addy continued to make sure we had everything we needed, and was able to even ask if we went to the local college and what our majors were. The experience was probably the best service I’ve ever had.
