Ordered pizza and wings. Paid for two extra cups of ranch but weren’t given them. Even asked the delivery guy where the sauces where and he said ‘in the box’ but they where not. Would’ve been fine but I paid for them so it’s annoying

The Murray store will no longer deliver to an area that they have for years. If I have to pickup I will go to Gattis.

Terrible night shift management. He was very rude when I have photos that prove my complaints but he refused to listen or act as if he cared. Even told me I don’t work there which obviously not and for good reason. I have eaten here for years but this manager needs to go. It was 05/08/23 when I was given such horrible service. I then tried to contact support but of course there’s no one there to answer the phones so I’m left with nothing for dinner.
