Their chips are to die for. Every time we return to Murray we come back.
This restaurant is not cheap. Quite the contrary... But the food is definitely worth the price. The waiter was courteous and attentive. The place was packed when I was there but the customers kept the volume at a decent level. Certainly a place I will be visiting againParking: The parking lot is not very big. I can see this becoming problematic during the day when the adjacent shops are open.

Have loved this place for last year. Recently something changed. Every place has off days so...but the last 4 visits same issue, they burn the Chorizo queso fundido... 1st & 2nd time said nothing, 3rd time tried stirring faster, But... Was still better than this time. It was to point of being inedible. Even left most of our meal on plates and no to go box, wasnt worth the effort to take to my pooch. This was very disheartening. Hope they fix whatever went wrong.

It was ok.. my husband's food looked fantastic and he said it was pretty good, I had the tacos pastor and they were nasty, they put Cinnamon in it..Cinnamon does not belong in tacos pastor ?

Once again no pics . We have eaten dinner here a few times while visiting my daughter at Murray State. She absolutely loves the place and I find it a solid four. But is the best Mexican I've had in Murray. Will certainly be back. Hey for what it's worth the liquor store right next-door has got some pretty good selections and fair prices...so that's a bonus.

food is good, music is kind of loud so it's hard to hear each other talk. also they don't give you knives to cut anything so if you get a quesadilla you look like doofus trying to saw it in half with your fork

Don Sol is very underrated compared to other restaurants in Murray.First, the service. Every single staff member that I have encountered has been very friendly and kind. Usually the food comes out pretty fast, in a good way.Second, the atmosphere. The atmosphere is perfect. You get a great vibe from the Mexican theming and the music played. It is just great.Last, but not least, the food. The food is absolutely delicious!! My go to for a long time was the chicken quesadilla, since I used to be a picky eater. A lot of grease, but man it is delicious. There are different and unique items, like the Hawaiian take on a quesadilla. I haven’t tried it, but my mom loves it. However, you CANNOT pass up on the cheese dip. It is the best kind I have ever had!!If you are looking for a Mexican restaurant in Murray Ky, try Don Sol. It is a great restaurant and possibly one of the best in the town!
