The people were nice, but the donuts and coffee were awful. My coffee tasted burned and the donuts were so dense and not light and airy. Would not recommend. Go to Murray Donuts instead.

thank God they had a self order station in this location. Service was actually kind of slow but the store was busy. Once I was able to get ordered, the self-service station was not printing receipts, so you just had to remember your number. But then again, they did not call out the numbers so you just kind of had to watch for what was going down the line. When I asked about my other part of my order, I was told they don’t do that part. It Hass to be completed by somebody else. That’s fine. I waited and got what I needed. The bagel bites were absolutely amazing! Everything I hope they would be and more. Got some munchkins. You really can’t go wrong with those, pretty standard. Also went with the sourdough breakfast sandwich. That thing was absolutely amazing! All in all it was not a bad experience, it was what you would expect at any big chain restaurant.

We’ve been going here for many years now. Love the outside seating kinda miss the comfy chairs on the inside but other than that it’s a fantastic crew ! Finally had a chance to take our newest addition for his first Dunkin trip…. The cup and coffee are empty in the photo just in case someone gets fussy.

Ordered a large iced latte and it was half empty when I came to pick it up. I was told it’s because the milk to espresso ratio would make it milky. Why sell a large option if it’s going to be half full. For $7 drink the entire cup should be full. I will now patron the smaller coffee shops from now on. Parking lot is also terrible for picking up orders when the drive through line is wrapped around the building.

I don't know what happened to this Dunkin, because last summer every time I got coffee is was delicious and fresh. This summer, every time I went it was a little bitter and had an off aftertaste like the machines weren't being cleaned properly. It's just disappointing because I have had great coffee here in the past.

If you’re thinking of working here , don’t. The staff is extremely rude , and has a bully culture . They do not train at all . My first day manager didn’t introduce her self , just handed me an apron and said “you’re on food” trained me for an hour then left me alone . they would take drinks out of my hands and take ingredients from me . Very mean girl environment . Refused to give me my money until i turned in my hat . When i quit management told me i was “playing games” . Very unprofessional place , just incase anyone is thinking about working here , just go to Starbucks . They pay more and are way more friendly .
The glazed doughnut holes or "munchkins" definitely need more glaze. But other than that good experience and quick service.Parking: Parking spaces are tight.

Update (please make notes of changes)Past: drive-thru customer service WAS garbage. No longer accurate. Drive-thru service is now up to par.Past: low-rent employees ruined experince for everyone. Now: new staff seems properly prepared to do their jobs properly and represent the company in a positive light.Will leave up the "Stop hiring scrubs" comment as a "warning". The recent hires are all great and please keep them coming because the service is now excellent.Past: lackluster environment. Now: very modern counter, nicely updated equipment, very clean and presentable lobby. THIS is a DD I can (and will) support.

I just want to brag on this store. I have been coming here for years and they are always on point. My drinks are always so delicious and the food is always tasty. I live in Paris and our dunkin can not even compare to this one. The staff is always nice and with it being a college town with staff coming and going they still find some of the nicest people to work there. Lorri the manager is so kind and if any mistakes happen she corrects them with not a hassle. I love this store and the people in it. Thank you so much for making my day better with a perfect cup of coffee.
