Well not the first time having issues. 35 Minute wait time and i was the next person to order pulling up. Then almost paid for other persons order by there mistake. Then no silverware or napkin. I had a small Spaghetti... Not worth it the wait.

Fazoli's catered an event I was at. I'd never had it before and was very impressed. I liked their chicken Alfredo the most. Wasn't a huge fan of the breadsticks but I think they may of gotten soggy from the container they were in. I'm glad they catered because now I want to go in the store :)

I love Fazzoli's! They have excellent food and, if dining inside, the endless bread sticks are simply to die for (if you like garlic, salt, butter and bread that is)! I added pictures of the Ultimate Fettuccine bowl, the baked lasagna and side Caesar salad and the classic sampler platter. If you have gone inside and leave hungry, then you've definitely done something wrong! ENJOY! ❤️

I have went here 3 times and all of them was a horrible experience they don't bring all the food ordered and will argue with you even tho you have a receipt they didn't put chicken in my wife's Alfredo and forgot my kids food aswell and will complain if you ask for more bread sticks even tho they are unlimited if you eat

My children and I came through the drive thru last night. I usually add, subtract stuff with my order and the sweet girl, Liz, that was taking our order was so personable and very nice and so accommodating of my order. When I pulled to the window, again super friendly and kind. We had to pull up and wait for our order, she brought our meal out, and wished my kids and I a good evening! The food was amazing as usual, but Liz definitely went above and beyond! I hope I get her every single time I go to Fazoli’s! ❤️

Absolutely amazing!!!! Kitchen crew and service crew work well from what I can tell and definitely will be a regular from now on. Apparently they were short staffed the day I went in and Maggie who doesn't work in service normally helped us and was a dear and did a wonderful job ????
