First time I ever ordered through the **buggy** phone app, this location made up for the inconvenience of ordering through the app, with their friendly staff and fast food prep. They promptly engaged, when I walked through the door, and had my meal ready for pickup.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces surrounding the business, despite being at busy intersection.Wheelchair accessibility: Great handicap accessible parking spots, right in front of the entrance.

Food was overcooked and overpriced. Slaw was perfect. 3 piece tenders 9.49 without tax, smallest portion I've ever been served usually I can't eat 2 , 3 piece meal orginal but should of been crispy for how over cooked it was w/ 2 sides 12.59.

My chicken was rubbery and a touch cold. Then I saw the guy at the counter picking his nose then immediately put food in a basket. ?
We love Murray KFC!!! EVERYTHING has been great so far, no complaints from me since they opened. We always go through the drive through and my order has always been correct. We'll definitely go again and again. Definitely recommended ?

We went to the Murray location to give them another try since the first time we went it was when they first opened. The first time we went through drive-thru and waited 25 minutes. They did not get the order right. They did not put in half the order. We received one order of two. We decided to give them another chance today. We went inside and was not impressed. The bathrooms were closed so we couldn't wash our hands. The tables were all dirty except one. The order was wrong again. I ordered 4 chicken strips and received 4 piece meal. It was so salty that we almost couldn't eat it. Once, you get past the coating the chicken was good, but the crust is what you want. The sides are about half full in the container. The counter help was not impressive to say the least and it's very expensive for what you get. We won't be going back. Very disappointed.

Short two breasts on an 8 piece bucket meal. However they did make up for it by giving us two breasts as we were leaving. Staff did ok considering they were over worked and under staffed. The restaurant was clean including rest rooms. Rest rooms were above average clean.
