Seems like they have dropped off a cliff in quality the past few months. I previously received a cold McChicken and just yesterday got a burger that had definitely been in the warming tray far too long. It had a green tint and was dry. I tossed them in both cases.

I am only give the service 3 because there was only 1 amazing nice worker in there she just started and probably the best employee I have seen yet I feel for her for haven to put up with so much I didn't see a Manger doing much of anything - older lady I have had more than one bad experience with McDonald's I did a door Dash my food was there for a 1 or 2 and they could refresh It most time we get are frys cold -hopefully they get better people in there that actually care about there job instead of only being there because they have to pay bills?♀️

Night shift absolutely sucks! They’re rude before you even start speaking. I have the absolute worst experiences with the night shift workers. It’s starting to get ridiculous!!But, I will say, last night was the best trip to McDonald’s I’ve had in a while. Dearra was super nice and friendly. The best customer service night shift has had in a long time.

Food delivery for a new employee... the manager on duty (12:00PM - 8/31/23) had no clue who I was asking for. She turned to her staff member & asked if there were any new employees of the day. The staff member didn't know (& why would she know?). The food delivery was rejected because ultimately, the shift manager didn't seem to know who is working in the store. McDonald's managers should pay better attention to their crew.
