Today was the biggest disappointment in popeyes. Usually we look forward to the hot juicy tasty chicken. However when my husband came home there were 9 pieces of wings that were cold a nd puny. One breast dry. 2 thighs with hardly any meat. What is going on. We come there every time we get our monthly groceries. This was sad. I don't see us returning any time soon.
Has anyone else in Murray noticed the service and quality have degraded steadily since they opened?????? Tried again tonite. The service is abysmal. Clerk laughing uncontrollably and couldn’t confirm what we were ordering. Weird. No wonder we were the only ones in the store at dinner time. Hire some adults!

So three times now it was going to be a 15 minutes wait during dinner for chicken. Then, when I finally get a meal stuff is missing and the chicken tasted old. But, the staff was friendly and the place was clean.
