“When I went, a Thursday evening, my group was seated immediately. We got an amazing table away from the other people, and the atmosphere was cozy, as expected at a Cracker Barrel. We had the BEST possible server, shoutout to Addy, you were amazing! There was a computer glitch, causing the kitchen to receive our ticket late, which our server told us about as soon as she found out. Still, we only waited about 20 minutes for our food. Addy kept us updated and checked in with us frequently during this. Once we got our food, she made sure my friends steak was cooked to her liking, and asked if everything looked ok. It looked amazing, and was hot and fresh. Addy continued to make sure we had everything we needed, and was able to even ask if we went to the local college and what our majors were. The experience was probably the best service I’ve ever had.“
