This is aweful. One person working, slow, and a line out the door. Music is cool, but too loud. Maker doesn't seem to care. Walked out and went next door.

Staff was completely rude when asked to change gloves because cashier was handling everything without changing before handling food. Then asked for a supervisor and there wasn't any and the other employee was rude stating "well she changed them for you so oh well!'. Walked out. Needs better training.

They were remodeling so instead of going in i had been forced to use the druve thru. Then waited 10 minutes to get to the Window in which they said hold for a minute and then informed me they had no bread just flat bread and whatever else. Then Was overcharged. I have been going for years now and they just had bad Manager choices for this Event. Plus owner doesnt accept Coupons at any of his many stores.

The staff was awesome, they were very helpful. Btw they don't take paper coupons. They said the deals are on the app.

After spending $50 for two sandwiches my food arrived with what seemed to be just mustard and mayonnaise and a very little bit of meat seeing as how this was a door dash order we called the manager to ask what they could do he said unless we could bring the sandwich in and show him then there is nothing he can do thanks for the great service

Went and ordered 3 subs last night had my money and coupon ready, the wait was a lil crazy we came in right behind a baseball team which is understandable, got thru the line and ready to check out, handed the little girl my coupon and she looks at me as if I was crazy, she replied we don't take them here so rudely, so I said ok I handed her the cash and left, I'll never go back.

Am soo upset. They send out coupons but will not take them. If they are not going to take them they don't need to send out coupons.

I put in an order for 5 platters at 8:30/9 AM and needed to pick them up by 11:30. That's about 3 hours to make all of the sandwiches. There were 55 people depending on me for lunch. The line was VERY long, the platter isn't done, and they were VERY under-staffed. It isn't their fault that they're under staffed, and they assured me the order would be done soon. However, I would not recommend catering at this location if you're on a time constraint or ordering for large businesses.

Hate that my mailbox gets stuffed with coupons that these clowns literally won't take, and don't offer app deals either? Way to lose customers... not sure if Bonnie is still there, but she can get bent if she is.

Won't use the coupons they send in the mail.

I’ve been going to Subway’s all over this country since they began franchising. the Murray location desperately needs new ownership, or the current owners need to have a corporate refresher course on how build & sustain customers within the community that they’re peddling their sub-par sandwiches to. I won’t even do a deep dive on that, because I’m not going back. That said, whether you’re buying a meal for two people, or 30, and have the means to pay for it without going broke, it’s still nice to be able to get a good deal. However, the Murray location will not honor the corporate promotions that are overwhelmingly honored at most locations. It’s pathetic. I feel bad for the employees who have to constantly explain that their owners (their employer), does not participate in promos because it eats into their bottom line. Well, if that’s the case, I hope they [the owner] are paying them a livable wage but, who am I kidding, right? I’m sure this plays into the fact this location in particular, couldn’t maintain a solid staff of “sandwich artists” if their lives depended on it. Of late, the times that I’ve been there, I see deflated young people who just simply do not want to be there,. I’s very obvious, and I don’t blame them. Not one bit.
