No more employees their to wait on you! Big signage on the wall of items offered. Then you must turn 180 degrees to order your food on a giant key board. I tried 7/8 times to order a number 5 meal with a drink. Once I ordered and went to pay. No drink! Another 7/8 times. Two different customers came in after me. I told them what they had to do. Then a man walked in,from the drive thru. His order was wrong but no one at the counter to help him. I yelled for someone to help..Oh what if I wanted to pay with cash. Nope

They actually had meat on their tacos, I don't mean the thin line of what looks like hamburger but is mostly a vegetable taco. This was loaded with meat cheese and sour cream. Wait staff was great and very helpful. Thank

This place is usually good but I have eaten here 2 times since it reopened and they have messed my order up both times the first time they didn’t give me all my food the second time I didn’t get any of my food I just got someone else’s order but I wasn’t mad because it was pretty good and it was more than I payed for.
The food was cold. Not even sure the meat was safe...I threw up hours after eating there. Never had a bad experience here, but did their reopening night. Really bummed me out.

This place is just plain filthy. The Men's restroom is disgusting the windows are filthy especially the windows that are in the entry way of the restaurant. They have been this way for a very long time. I know this because I pick up food for a friend there.I have advised him of this but he dont care. I do care is why I'm posting this review.Maybe 1 or 2 people that work there are friendly the rest I have encountered with sure could use some people skills and customer service training. Its the Worse restaurant in Murray by far as far as cleanliness and customer service.

Food is usually good when I come here. However, my grandmother and I ran through to get two soft shell tacos for my niece earlier this afternoon. The person in the drive thru was a manager with dyed hair. She was really rude to my nana for absolutely no reason. I understand people have bad days and working in food can be stressful…but if you’re going to have an attitude for someone simply ordering two tacos for a 5 year old when no one else is even in the drive thru you might wanna rethink being in a management position and stick to working in the back where you don’t have to interact with people. Leave your personal problems at home…you’re at work.
