Everything about this restaurant is amazing. Well worth the wait on busy evenings. The best BBQ, Catfish, and apps you will find.

It's an oddly themed southern? BBQ? Smokehouse? Restaurant. It's a bit dark, slightly dingy, with a ton of run-of-the-mill options. The food was not bad, but underwhelming. Unfortunately, the most unique seeming items on the menu were standard or bland. I was expecting "secret recipe" flavors, but all I got was salty food.If it was "low brow" to a point it could be good, but it doesn't even deliver on that. I did appreciate that they are holding onto the old school plate lunch option of yesteryear. If I ever have to go back, I'll have to give that a try. Maybe there is something there. Nostalgia at least?I like the IDEA of the restaurant, I think it's trying to offer too many options while being hampered by a confused viewpoint. This, they deliver on none of them that my party tried. But if you like a pile of salty but otherwise bland food, this is your place.

Good food, uncle made us try the fried alligator, kinda tasted like chicken... didn't feel like chicken. Definitely wish the chunks were smaller. Pulled pork was just okay. Didn't come with a sandwich bun like I thought it would, came with a small extremely stale 2 inch piece of bread. Mac and cheese was okay, noodles were undercooked. The Asparagus was great. I'd definitely like to try it again, maybe not a Friday night at 5pm would be better. (They were definitely slammed) The paintings in the bathroom were pretty cool, and clean. The server was nice.

What a wonderful experience!! My husband and I have been looking for a steakhouse that served tender, seasoned steaks. Well ours were the best ever!! I originally wanted seafood, they have a wide variety. The table next to us had oysters, I’m getting some next time. Oh my goodness I wish they were closer as I want the ahi tuna etc. Our appetizer was voodoo shrimp. Hubby said we could eat them all night for a supper. Our server was Kaitlyn. She was attentive, professional and pleasant. The service couldn’t have been any better. The drinks were on point.Dietary restrictions: I have CKD and the chef was able to accommodate me, thankfully, as it can be difficult at times. I couldn’t add steaks to my recommendation on the check off list but they were the best!
