The food here is excellent however if you want good service don't go inside because you'll be treated like a second-hand citizen. I came in and ordered so I could wash my hands. After waiting awhile, I notice orders are going out left and right in drive thru, cars who ordered well after me. So I said something about it and I was told mine would be another 5 minutes. I then asked why drive thru got preference over inside ordering, the manager took a snak pack out of a to go order and told her to give it to me, begrudgingly I might add. My order was also to go, but that shouldn't matter. Customers inside should be just as important as your drive thru times. I was very disappointed in the way the service was handled.

Zaxby’s is usually the place to go. Last night I just done not perform up to par. When we got back to the room, we realize that there were no forks, or napkins, put into the bag. I know I know it’s my responsibility to check the bag to make sure that everything was done correctly. Along side of the forks and napkins. We also did not have the dipping sauce that came with the cheese bites. we were able to get forks from the hotel, and then start dinner. There was a giant lettuce core in one of the salads. Other than that the food tasted fine, I think the experience just kind of went South I know it was an accident but when you have $10 salads, you should ensure that everything is there.

The food was awful. It's fried but the meat was dry. We ordered tenders and boneless wings. The tenders were as dry as sticks and the boneless wings were like hockey pucks. It was awful.
