Food was surprisingly really good! The service was average for a counter order, but the guy was nice. Ambiance was nice and clean. I'll come back and may even order some of their frozen meals.

I have been using their meal plan services for about 4 weeks now. The first two weeks were great. However, the quality and taste of food the last two weeks has consistently decreased in an obvious way. This week’s meals are barely edible. The meat is clearly not as high of quality, even in the “premium” meals. It has an off taste to it. I hope they can make changes to get back to the quality it used to be, which is why I am leaving the review, but until then I will not be purchasing again.

I only go there to get a smoothie sometimes. They come in little cups and anytime I get an extra supplement they leave half the smoothie in the blender. They don't get a bigger cup and give me what I pay for. I need certain amounts of my supplement and paying for that and not getting it is very aggravating.

I was actually very impressed with how good the food was but wasn't a fan for too long sadly. I found a long blonde hair frozen in my food & I'm a brunette. The first time I didn't care much because accidents happen but then it happened a second time so I'm no longer a fan. I truly hope that they are having the people that are preparing the food wear hair nets because that's gross.

Fantastic experience, service was excellent and the food was delicious. It's difficult to find good food that fits my keto diet, but clean eatz was more than up to the task! I had the bison bowl with low carb ingredients and was very happy.

I went into the restraunt hoping this is what i was looking for the people that work here are great n informativ I recently was told I have diabetes what this restraunt has to offer to the workout stay in shape communitAwesome they also have great food for the diabetic community and I say thank you I will be back and I also think people should try if they haven't yet it is very much a must try thanks crew at Clean Eatz..

This was our first time here, and we had a friend with a severe milk allergy with us, so we had many questions and needed extra info on some products. The food was fabulous and David F. was amazing, he answered everything and completely understood the importance of ensuring there would be no milk products in our friend's selection. He was pleasant too! We will be back!

First time I've ever ordered from here! I used the caviar delivery app. I was so excited for the sweet potato fries , sadly when I opened up the box they're were barely any in the container!?! What was in there, was burnt and cold. MEASLY serving amount. As for the build your own Bowl the rice and quinoa was not cooked enough. Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but they do not offer any way to contact that particular location other than a phone call and no one answered when I called so there's no way I can have my order replaced or refunded.

Ordered a California wrap they didn't put chicken on it. Although I asked did it come she said yes. Still no chicken. To busy and distracted talking and looking at phone. Rude will not be coming back. Good luck with this place.

This place has seen better days I used to regularly spend over 100 a week on meals for myself. The past couple months the premade meals in the freezer have been lacking, tons of goat (no one in NKY eats goat), LC, Keto, and a lot of Breakfast. After walking out the other day with only three meals decided to drive all the way up to West Chester. Freezers had a ton of the basic popular meals. The freezers didn't have all the weird non popular stuff Newport has in stock. Ended up buying over 16 meals, will be making more trips to West Chester if Newport doesn't improve. If your a regular at Newport who has been disappointed and I know there are many others the drive to West Chester isn't terrible
