Delivery driver lied! He told the manager he knocked 3 times and nobody answered so he left it at the door. I was watching the tracker and sitting by the door. She believed him so now we have to wait 4 to 5 days for a refund. Shameful business practice. They just lost a customer for life!

I work very late and had to resort to this place for dinner for my children. My pizza was burnt and had no sauce but my children picked off what they couldn't eat. The staff was very rude to me cause of it being late on Saturday. Plus we we're overcharged cause there online promotion was down. I reached out to the manager Samantha the next day and she pretty much told me that's life. Do not eat here your family don't deserve it

Ordered $50 worth of food a few weeks ago and never received the delivery. I was told by the manager I should see a refund in a few days. A few days go by and refund never appears in my account. I walk into the store and talk to the manager again regarding the refund issue and he told me to call back the next day when the GM will be in. I call back and no answer. I guess I’m just out $50 ??♂️ Really disappointing.

NEVER AGAIN ! I'll drive to 4th Street in Cincy before I ever order from this location. Let me preface this by saying that I understand being short staffed... that being said, here goes... Sunday afternoon at 5:41 p.m., I placed a delivery order. Like most people, I followed the progress on the Dominos tracker. At 5:49 p.m., the status changed to "quality control." And there it sat and sat and sat. Twenty minutes later, at 6:09 p.m., the status still said "quality control," so I called the store. I called the store 11 times over the next half hour with no answer and no voice-mail option. During that time, the "tracker" suddenly became "unavailable." At 6:40, the "tracker" changed to delivery, with an ETA of 6:52 p.m. Then 6:58 p.m. Then 7:06 p.m. Then at 7:08 p.m. the status changed to "Delivered." (NOT DELIVERED) I called the store one last time and still no answer or voice-mail. With no other option, I had to drive to the store where I requested a full refund. I was so livid that had they offered to expedite my order while I waited, I would have refused. Only positive is that someone in my neighborhood got a free meal that night! NEVER AGAIN ! ! !

I’d leave zero stars if I could. I ordered food from here like I do at least once a week. Never had an issue before today. My experience has been so terrible that I will never eat from here again. I called to check on my order and a lady said it was delivered but it wasn’t on my porch. I told her I would check my neighbors porches (which I honestly didn’t have to do) and give a call back if I still couldn’t find it. I checked 6 of the neighboring houses with no luck so I called back. Whoever answered the phone was very rude and abruptly said “didn’t she say she couldn’t help you? You can figure it out in the morning” and hung up on me. This was my dinner! That doesn’t help me now. They now refuse to take my calls. I have called at least 10 times and my calls are being refused. Essentially stealing my money for food I never received. I am very understanding person, but this is just ridiculous. I have since checked at least 20 houses (because again, this is my dinner) and my food isn’t at any of them. My food was never delivered here (I have cameras) or stolen from another house. I was ordering food from somewhere else for the rest of my family, and I went out of my way to specifically order my items from here and this is how I’m repaid. Poor customer service and as someone who has worked in the industry myself for years, this is not how you treat the people who continuously give you business and in turn make YOU money. I have never been more angry about how I’m being treated by people who “dedicate their time and energy toward ensuring customers have a great experience”.

Never again. I placed an order took an hour and 15 minutes to get. When I received the food it was cold like it had been sitting for a day. When I tried to call the store before my order was delivered I got no answer. I called the customer service line they were no help and sent my call to the store 3 times. They still never answered. These nationwide chain restaurants are ridiculous. I’ll pay the extra money for the local spots with better food.
