Best gyro I’ve ever had. I’m a native of Mason, OH but get down to KY every once in awhile. Never knew this place was here. The name is deceiving, they serve a variety of food including breakfast. Not just a chili parlor. Loved my server, Brenda. Pretty, friendly, efficient, all around good service. She explained the specials offered for the day and after I mentioned comfort food, she told me homemade meatloaf is served on Thursdays. I’ll be back!

First time here and wasn’t disappointed. In town on business and this dive was recommended by the hotel staff where I was staying in Newport, KY. Fantastic Gyro; reasonable pricing, clean and the best part was the beautiful server. A dark haired beauty. Captivating eyes, bright smile and suuuuuweeeeet. Went here by accident, didn't pay attention and thought we were walking into a different establishment. Happy surprise! Our food was great. My wife and I split a pair of Cheese Coneys and a HUGE Turkey/Ham double-decker. The place is like the old diners I would go to with my grandparents. It had a comfortable and nostalgic feel to it. Will definitely return.

Hidden little gem in Newport, KY! Came in late on a Monday night. Only ones in the restaurant. We were greeted instantly and invited to sit down to be waited on. The service was quick, fast and efficient! The food was great and also very cheap! We will definitely be back. This restaurant is cash only, but they do have an ATM inside for convenience.

The people were very friendly. And the facities were clean.The food wasn't particularly special but it was made well and served hot and fresh which is more than I can say for some higher priced eateries.My wife and I left quite certain that we got good value for the price we paid.

You won't find a better family owned diner in Northern Kentucky. The people are friendly and take good care of you. The food assortment gives you plenty of options. Easily the best stewed tomatoes I've ever had... but they are only on Friday's and occasionally through the week. I've been going here for 30 years. Must have regularly!

This is a long time local favorite hidden gem that you should make the effort to come across the river or across town to come visit the prices are very economical they only accept cash so bring your money but not your card. I wish they were on Uber eats or doordash this would be a fantastic place for a ghost kitchen to increase their sales I highly recommend you stop by and try the chili or the steak dinner they are both fantastic.

I ordered the breakfast special, my friend did also. She goes here at least once a month, but she said that she's gotten better food and service. I personally hated this place. Basic breakfast. Eggs over medium, bacon NOT Crisp, home fries with onion. We basically ordered the same thing except she said bacon medium and she ordered a pancake which was the size of a plate, we split it and it was really good......I really DON'T understand how a place and screw up, a basic breakfast.... Eggs overcooked but editable.... The bacon... Ya touch it and it crumbled.... into small pieces of like little pieces of plastic ....with something black like ink along the edge. This place has been there for ever but to make bad matters WORSE the lady that waited on us yea she asked us if everything was OK, but didn't care to listen to the answer. ALL SHE HAD TO LOOK AT THE PLATES, BUT SHE Didn't Care & Didn't Have To SAY A Word. Attitude & Actions Said It All...

Great dinner where you definitely get your money's worth. I got goetta, 3 eggs and home fries and coffee and was stuffed when I walked out the door. And didn't wait very long at all. Good coffee too.Newport has 3 good diners in this 2 or 3 block stretch , so make sure and support them.
