Ordered a sub. It was made. I asked if I could choose what came on it. I was told what came on it. No option given to add anything even to upcharge. Was I asking too much?I will go to other sub places that try to be helpful.

I paid $20 for this ham and salami sandwich and they put one layer of meat on it. I reached out to customer support and never heard back. I had to go to Kroger after I got home and saw this to buy lunch meat to make it a sandwich. Will not go back to this

We were disappointed with our giant sandwich. It's usually very hardy and is enough for 4 of us with a little leftover. Not this time, it barely fed us.

Ordered ahead online. I arrived about 15 minutes later. Food wasn't ready. Waited an additional 15 minutes. Saw several people get their orders before me, people who were in line and people who came to pick up. When I asked the 2nd time where my order was, it still had not begun to be prepared, that's when a worker hurriedly made it. Needs to hire more professional workers and implement a better system for online orders.

Got it to go was good everything was really fresh.
Slower than slow. Literally took me 20 minutes just to order and another 10 minutes before I even got my order. The workers had to ask me three times what I ordered and didn’t process the information. Next time, I’m not going to this location at all and taking the additional 10 minute drive to the nearest location for faster service.

Went here yesterday for their charitable day and it was JAM PACKED. The girls working the register and front of house were incredible. They dealt with nasty customers with grace and handled the pressure very well. They paused during the chaos to try to help me locate our office's order after a long wait time and I am very thankful. They deserve a raise!

Subs are wonderful blow's subway out of the water. My only gripe is the fixins there aren't a huge choice I just run mine thru the garden with oil and vinegar salt and pepper. They are very pricey but the sandwiches are definitely worth it in my opinion.

Not one to do this usually, but I’m at awe. I waited 45 minutes for a cold Philly cheesesteak. Zero customer service or time compensation. All workers standing around with zero urgency. stood there with blank looks and rude attitudes. simple process made difficult! I wouldn’t recommend.
