Went on a guided tasting experience and really enjoyed it. Loved hearing the story of new riff and the tour guide Grover was a wealth of knowledge and you could tell he really enjoyed his job. Well worth the price of admission.

Loved it! Done distillation all around the world and this was perfect and value for money. Communication was spot on before and after. Loved the style of tour and the shop. Especially the miniatures so I could share the taste when I get home. Next door to the largest liquor/ cigar store I been in.

Not a fan of how they run their operations at all. I took a tour and it was lovely and very fun. However it was a shame to hear that the staff is not treated fairly. As a business owner myself I always comp my staffers meals and drinks per shift but I found out that New Riff doesn’t. They talk about being no filters and they have nothing to hide? They treat their staff horribly. Now I understand staff shouldn’t depend on their job to give them a meal but in the world we live in I’d be more than happy to provide a meal because you never know anyone’s situation. But I’m not here to totally complain but to call some people out as well. While everyone was well uniformed. A young lady I think the bartenders called her Catherine but she didn’t seem to be apart of the staff. While everyone had something branded she stood out like sore thumb. And when I asked my tour guide why she got to wear what she wanted and my tour guide responded by letting me know that she was Director. Overall the downstairs team was phenomenal. The bartenders were too busy to answer questions so the staff downstairs was so helpful and they definitely carry their team. It’s a shame to know a multi-million business won’t spend money or is afraid to lose money and not provide a comped meal or a comped drink for their staff. Having to watch their staff pay full price for food that was not even worth the 11$ or be sad that they can’t even afford or indulge in food. New Riff. I am truly disappointed and will only be enjoying the retail space with those delightful people. The bar was horrible. The people running New Riff? Do better.

Only photos, but an incredible experience! This is one of several stops along the Trail, conveniently located near other attractions that make it worth visiting. They offer a fantastic selection of packages to optimize each visitor's experience. Highly recommended!

Cool little distillery. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't take the tour but they still provided some great history of the business. They also shared some suggestions of local restaurants and distilleries we may want to check out. Will go back next time we are in the area.

Had a great tour!

Good vibes and reasonably priced cocktails. The "bizzy Izzy" was my favorite.

Had the pleasure of being able to take a tour of their facilities. Good bourbon and great location if you are looking for something to do in downtown or on the levee, this is worth the stop.

New Riff is one the best mid-scale producers. The facility is punching against the big guys well. Tour is interactive and engaging. They sample their bourbon along the way, giving your palate time to rest. Ends at their bar which is well done. Tour includes a token for $10 off a $25 purchase use it to buy their single barrel. Gift shop is worth stopping in without a tour.

Got to do the Tour with a large group of my friends, our tour guide Stuart did a great job of explaining all that goes into the Great Bourbon and Rye at the New Riff , the entire staff here is also very friendly and welcoming, go upstairs and check out there bar area and special select bourbons too.
New bar area upstairs is beautiful! Fun place to try some good bourbon!

Excellent bourbon and a really cool atmosphere. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier. They have lots of flight options at the bar and a nice snack menu. It was a great stop on our way through Cincinnati.

Really cool bourbon distillery on the outskirts of Cincinnati. Their upstairs tasting room is great, and there is a pretty wide selection from which you can order. The only downside is they don't have bottles for sale of everything you can try upstairs. That being said, it's an excellent bourbon experience for friends and family. Would probably make for a great pregame spot before a Reds game!
