I went to the drive thru of Wendy's in Latonia, and they told me to wait buy the door and they would bring out my food. I waited ten minutes then I looked in the window and my order was sitting on the counter, people kept walking but it on their phones and whatnot. And they wouldn't acknowledge I was at the window. So I just left. Some people have bad attitudes. ?

I met a friend there Friday 03/29/24 for dinner.The gal that waited on us was the gal that emptied the trash, she drug the bag across the floor where it leaked and she never moped it up (disgusting) she also had ear buds in her ears and talked on her cellphone the entire time we were there, she was talking to a guy with a loud voice because I was able to hear the conversation (unprofessional) *this is NOT the first time I’ve been to A Wendy’s and the worked had ear buds in and wasTalking to someone. Also she made a guy wait until she emptied the garbage before she took his order and she never washed her hands before taking his order or getting his drink cup (nasty) needless to say I won’t be going there anymore.Managers do better training employees and hold them accountable.

I love Wendy’s because it’s known to be fresh. I just moved in the area & was happy to see a Wendy’s nearby. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST WENDYS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!! I only put 1 star because there was no option for 0000. Wendy’s is not cheap & I have never minded paying for it because it’s usually worth it. I have gotten served meat that was old, cold baked potatoes, 1 sour cream NO BUTTER!! I figured out that I have to start requesting all my food fresh. I just left & I couldn’t use my in app offers because they were short staff & the scanner didn’t work @ the 2nd window. I tried to order the new creamsicle frosty..the did t have that neither said the rude cashier. I ended up ordering the double combo…the young man that brought me my order SMASHED in a bag the smallest bag they have had on a MARLBORO hat instead of a uniform hat. Then asks me does everything look ok as him & the cashier laughed. I never thought I would choose WHITE CASTLE OVER WENDYS…well this one anyway.????????????????????????

We ordered online, said it would be ready at 12:05. When we got there, there’s no record of our order. We ordered 2 Big Dave’s and they took it out of my bank account. We had to reorder and added to it. One chili, one small fries and a queso fries. Got home, no small fries. I’m curious to see if they refund my money because my husband had to pay for everything on his card, even though they took the Big Dave’s out of my debit card. Absolutely horrible service and won’t ever go back. If I could give negative stars I would. Terribly unorganized!

The chili was sooooo watery! Barely any meat in it, just a lot of thin liquid. Was not like chili I've had from any other wendy's location ever! A total waste of time, gas, and money. So very disappointed seeing i don't usually go into Kentucky for anything.
Do NOT Doordarsh from this location. I paid way to much to get flat water downed drinks that were nowhere near filled.

Food was cold order was wrong and missing stuff they didn't give us a receipt so couldn't get anything we where missing. Tried to get the guy at the speak to change things he swore it was right on his end it wasn't. Not the first bad time we have had there but will be the last.

First time here. I ordered sausage, egg & cheese biscuit. This is my first time having breakfast at Wendy's. It tasted as expected. Not my thing, but it was good. The iced cold brew coffee vanilla is very good. The potatoes are very good. Hubby's sandwich was pretty good. He ordered bacon, egg and cheese croissant.
