My fiancé and I always come back to this Bruster’s location for the BEST ice cream! It is THE place to go for ice cream in Nicholasville.Firstly, their flavours are all fresh, ever-changing and delicious! My favourite flavour of theirs by far is their Cotton Candy Explosion, which comes with popping candy. It changes colour throughout the year, but is always consistently delectable! Their M&M mixer is also quite the treat.For Valentine’s Day, I got a waffle cone (which was pink!) with my favourite cotton candy flavour, and tried their limited edition White Raspberry Truffle ice cream on top. I wish it was available all year ‘round! My fiancé tried their Strawberry Shortcake Bowl, and was blown away by it! Delicious strawberry shortcake-flavoured ice cream, real strawberries and jam, all topped off with a mountain of whipped cream and a cherry. He will definitely be ordering that again!The staff here are also so friendly. We saw one of the servers put the extra big mountain of whipped cream on top of the Strawberry Shortcake Bowl we ordered, and the care she put into its presentation was lovely to see!We will continue to come back here for some of the best ice cream around, and we can’t wait to see what new flavours arrive!Parking: There is lots of free parking both directly in front of the ice cream shop and around the area it is located in.Kid-friendliness: Ice cream! Need I say more?

Always great ice cream.My only gripe is that there's only 3 benches for seating and there's no shade BUT it's worked for them for years so they're doing it right and we keep going back for more.The service is always friendly and the ice cream is always delicious.

5 stars for the ice cream, and zero stars for the staff if I could give a zero! Seems like they were more interested in playing catch behind the counter than helping customers. Asked one of the girl employees a simple question and she said “I have no idea” and wasn’t even willing to find out basic allergen information which I later found very easily on the website which is all she had to do. Extremely unprofessional staff but definitely go for the ice cream!

Excellent experience. Fun menu with unusual flavors ( that were great). The unexpectedly good combination of flavors and sweet workers was out of the ordinary. It was worth the price... I highly recommend

This was the first time I had been here. The scoops are very large. I had my ice cream in a waffle cone. The cone itself was perfectly crispy and taste amazing. I had the cold brew brownie ice cream. The taste was spot on. I was like I bought a Frappuccino with large chewy chocolatey brownie bites in it. It was so good. My fianceé got the banana nut bread ice cream. I'm telling you it was dripping with caramel and it didn't just taste like bananas, you could taste banana nut bread. I recommend this place it is amazing!

Finally! We’ve got some good owners at this location again! Crew was all working hard tonight. Most seemed to know how to scoop and what they were doing! After working at Brusters for almost 3 years at various location, y’all are doing great! Keep it up!! A SCOOP ABOVE THE REST! ?
Not going back. Our first time there. We ordered at drive thru, they asked us to repeat our order several times then when we pulled up to the window the kid had no idea what our order was and we had to give it again. Kids weren't wearing gloves while scooping ice cream or handing us our cones. The cake batter ice cream is gummy and chewy, not like good ice cream. Not coming back.

My family loves a Brusters ice cream trip! My kids are young and usually pretty messy so we eat our goodies on the benches and the staff is always very accommodating to our napkin needs and of course it’s delicious! My favorite is the waffle cones ?
