I'm so disappointed in my most recent visit here. This is absolutely my favorite restaurant normally. I ordered a blt with fancy Nancy, and grape salad as a side. In the grape salad the grapes were disgusting. Some of them were straight liquid and were busted open before I had even begun to eat. I don't believe they were safe to consume. This made me unable to eat my sandwich as I knew that there were also grapes in it. This experience has turned me away from being able to trust the fruit in the sandwiches at all.
I just loved my Crabapple Karen. Absolutely delicious!

Lauren at the to-go station on Friday, Feb 23rd was MARVELOUS!! What an incredible worker! She had amazing energy and was so prompt! I had 7 to-go orders and she made the pickup seamless!!Get that girl a raise!! She deserves it!

This was the most bland chicken salad I ever had. I've had better chicken salad at gas stations. 30.00 for something I wouldn't feed a cat. Over priced

Food was great.... Gotta try the Mac and cheese, and has a great selection of chicken salad that can make any palette satisfied. All the staff I came in contact with were nice and knew the menu well, answering any questions about the different varieties. Is a place to definitely try out once.
Always love eating at Chicken Salad Chick!! So do a lot of other people!! Place was packed!! We had the Classic Carol and the Dixie Chick ...chicken salads. Both excellent! Also had the broccoli salad and the grape salads. Both excellent!!Dietary restrictions: My husband has Celiac Disease..so he can't eat gluten. He orders his chicken salad by the scoop. No bread. Has never had a problem being cross contaminated.
My only problem with this place is the customers are a little stuck up. I always get that sideways look when I go there on my lunch break and I'm a little dirty.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it's wheelchair accessible
A wonderful establishment. Tidy, clean, organized, and quaint. They do what they do well. Great selection of flavors and a healthy menu. I bit pricey for the size of sandwich you get, but it was a darn good sandwich. Crispy toasted croissant with a flavorful chicken salad that is tailored to your liking. Service and atmosphere is well branded and inviting. Definitely a top lunch choice for my wife and I.P.S. The soup was also a hit.
