My experience here was disappointing. The meal I was served had an overwhelming amount of onions, with hardly any meat. I hoped for a better response when I brought this up to the management, but unfortunately, the manager seemed indifferent to my feedback. This lack of concern for customer satisfaction was surprising and not something I’d expect from a reputable dining establishment.

I have never left anything less than a shining review for any establishment, but this warrants a warning for potential patrons. Sadly, we have tried on numerous occasions to make El Rio Grande our local “haunt” but alas, the food has repetitively given me food poisoning while the service has consistently been almost inexcusably tardy & at times, absent entirely. It is with true disappointment that I must warn others to consider choosing another establishment for their dining needs.
I really like our new restaurant here in Nicholasville, the staff is amazingly nice and helpful. The restaurant is clean and decorated properly for the dining experience. The food has been very tasty and hot every time I have ordered. I am going back to try the drinks sometime and will report back on my findings.
