Sitting in the parking lot waiting on my child’s dinner. I have been waiting for TWENTY minutes on a kids spaghetti with meat sauce. Absolutely ridiculous. And I’m not the only person out here waiting. Save yourself the time & go elsewhere for a quick dinner.

I pulled up for a mobile order. From the time I pull up to the speaker and my son had put the order in to the time I got the food at the window, it was thirty five minutes.All while waiting and setting at the window, I watched a man prepare dishes, look at his phone, and reposition pizza on a plate, all while not wearing gloves. Not once did anybody address me while I was waiting, to communicate what the wait was for. The young man handed me my order and said good night after thirty five minutes. I will NEVER eat here again after this experience and the lack of sanitary measures while preparing the plates.

If there's one thing you can count on from this location, it's something always being wrong. Whether it's the incorrect size container leading to not enough sauce to go around, or sauce so thin it's basically water, always expect at least one thing to be wrong when you go here.

I really enjoyed the shrimp stuffed shells, and my daughter loved her lunch special with cheese pizza and a salad. The salad looked good with cheese and tomatoes and the lettuce looked fresh. The breadsticks were full of flavor and nice and buttery. The staff was on top of it, and super friendly. We will definitely be back!Kid-friendliness: Plenty to choose from. My kid loves it here!

I am surprised that this establishment has 4.1 stars as it should be 1. The service was absolutely horrendous being given attitude when we asked why the food was taking so long. When we went to get forks they had none at all and they told us they needed to wash them and then would only bring out 10 forks so there weren’t enough for people that needed them. The location was an absolute mess, I arrived there and ate for about 40 minutes and the tables around me were dirty and had food just sitting there the entire time I was there. This place was absolutely horrendous. The food also tasted like they just pulled it out of the freezer and microwaved it. Needs new management and employees who actually enjoy what they do. Would not recommend coming to this location.

Ghetto, rude, took forever and the food was awful.Update: I had to get back on here and say that I visited the same establishment and I wish I would've got the names of the ones working that night because the were awesome!!
