I usually grab me food from here before or after grocery shopping at Sam's club food is always excellent and the service is always awesome. Having to drive an hour to and from Sam's club I like to grab me a bite to eat here for lunch to hold me over until dinner time.

I ordered delivery and after 45 minutes I called to check on the order as I’m only 3 miles from the store. The male manager “ash” informed me they only had one driver but all orders were out for delivery. I waited about 45 minutes then called back. He looked up my order and said he assigned it over an hour ago and it should have already been delivered. It was not which his response was maybe he took it to the wrong place. I then said i wanted my money back and he refunded me. Terrible customer service. Terrible staffing and opperations. I have ordered from this location and every time it takes forever and the quality is not good. Won’t make that mistake again. Sad to see how far Jimmy John’s has slid down hill.

Came in on my lunch break. Had the bootlegger, definitely my favorite sub. It's Jimmy John's, very cookie cutter, the location isn't very big, It was clean and the staff there were kind. ?

Well run with high quality sandwiches. Great choice for catering in work and family events.

There was a huge rat sitting on my sub, smoking a cigarette! I will not be coming back to this location. Hmph!

They run 40k commercials for that caprese salami. They should of spent the money on more meat for the sandwich. Bleh

We were hosting classes in our office recently and we decided to buy jimmy johns for lunch one day of each class. Everything went perfect, we called in our orders for everyone once the store opened and requested a delivery time for when we would be breaking for lunch. Food was great, delivery on time. Easy choice for us in the future!

While eating my sandwich found a sharp piece of plastic inside. I will never eat here again!

This location does not offer the excellent sweet tea that is offered at every other location I have every visited. It’s the main reason I go to JJ’s.

Arrived at 11:55 and waited till 12:05 to order a crowd arrived behind me and the person who took my order began mumbling about everyone arriving at the same time and griping about a crowd. He identified himself as the manager and I asked him if I should go elsewhere. I do not know who owns this store but I am quite sure they want the business and need it but this guy is griping about being busy. Not sure I will be back and if he needs help the owner needs to step up. Very bad experience

The staff is nice. The food is good, but 2 of the last three times I’ve visited, they were out of bread, and it would take over 1/2 hour before more was available. I’m not sure how a sandwich shop can’t manage their bread supply.

Most worthless Jimmy John's ever. every time you order from there and you say no mayonnaise on a sandwich you always get mayonnaise. You go in the staff is bothered to help you . Sorry had to put your phone down and do your job.

Keep your door locked when you're not open at 10:54 and you actually open at 11am so you won't have to be rude to customers who walk through your door. I frequently eat at Jimmy John's but never been to this location before and will never try it again. You probably should also turn your music down slightly so when people walk through your unlocked door before you're open, they can hear you yell at them rudely multiple times "we ain't open ". Your employees need a class in customer service.
