Food is incredibly bad. As well as the service. No hello how are you doing, whenever I asked for ketchup the lady rolled her eyes at me. I was given no napkins and my sandwich had so much mayo in it, it was impossible to eat.

I ordered at 5:20 and got the food at 6:00 also I asked for a refund and they completely ignored me. I saw a lady in the back that dropped an entire bag of food.Do not recommend very unorganized don't go here this place run by morons suck.

The employees was more concerned about a movie talking to each other than taking my order and when the lady finally did take my order but before grabbing the cup to hand to me she decided to use her hand to cover her mouth while cough something up o had a different switch it

We stopped on our way through. I have NEVER had anyone talk about us in front of us before. At the drive thru window. Talking how the hate making them glad when the wrap is gone. Sorry we ruined your day . But no need to make us feel bad.
Maybe it's me. But when they ask me to pull ahead for my order in drive-thru, they always forget about me. I end up having to go inside. I don't mind waiting, just don't forget about me, please.

This Nicholasville store does a fine job in serving the public. The food was hot and tasty and the drive-thru workers were kind and efficient. If you like KFC and you are in central Kentucky this is worth the stop.

Great chicken, luv KFC, can't seem to figure out how to wait on people here, very disorganized, person taking orders one at a time walking off, strange, you don't do that, you take orders first, you create more problems taking one order at a time and walking away and there was other people in the kitchen, assign one person to front, take all orders, then if no one is there do something else, you're welcome this is free advice

Absolutely the worst place in Nicholasville to get food. Placed my order at 8:14 with an estimated pickup of 8:25. I called on the way at 8:23 and was told my order was in process. I arrived and waited until 8:37 to go in upon entry I get told they didn’t see my order and to grab a chair and get comfortable it’s going to be awhile. Fast forward to 9:05 the lady ask me to approach the counter so she could talk to me. And then proceeded to inform me they have no chicken. And that I would have to contact the 1800 number to get a refund. That will take 72 business hours. This establishment is run by what appears to be crackheads. At the time of riding this it is now 9:20. I have watched seven cars go to the drive-through and get their food.
