Went thru drive thru for a quick order of fries and drinks. Had a wait because of orders in front of me. They gave me chicken nuggets and a Big Mac because of the wait. Surprised me. I greatly appreciated the customer service. Thank you.

Nothing was nor has ever been sanitaryDouble cheeseburger was greasy and cold and reversible half wrapped with outter paper and fries were stale and cold and big Mac had onion peelings and sloppy as possible and the cashier name Caitlin Playforth LITERALLY WAS PROFOUNDLY DISGUSTINGLY INSANELY UNSANITIZEDAND POORLY GROOMED AND HER ATTACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISRESPTFUL AND DOCUMENTED SUPPORTING MULTIPLE CIRCUMSTANCES OF NOT JUST MY FAMILY( WHICH MY DAUGHTER WHOM IS ALL MATURELY GROWN AND MARRIED AND PREGNANT whom was employed by at a different McDonald's when she begin her responsibilities in the workforce educational experience when she 16 for yrs while completing hs)in sharing thus personal insight CAITLIN PLAYFORTH proceeded w/ her poor customer service skills b6 utilizing an extremely cocky disrespectful attitude screaming unprofessionally and cursing and blasting my family members previous buissness trying to belittle us just bc we respectfully was standing at the front line register awaiting our turn afterwards witnessing similar experiences of customers ahead of us. In that being seen and etc, MY DAUGHTER prepared ourselves in collecting supporting evidence to submit to the chain of commands, corporations, environmental services/code enforcement, etc. needed to be varying on due process of receiving righteous justice of the public. Elderly children, families, and customers do not deserve being disregarded, degraded, or mistreated on any level or aspect. We pay our hard earnings that we each and all invest our irreplaceable time and lives to provide ourselves and families for needs such as nutritionally. Our nutrition we purchase should be sufficiently adequately assured and deemed safely and securely to consume in a safe, sanitary, courteously polite atmosphere and environment.2nd, the manager stated she'll have a little talk w/ this employee, which seems not profitably promising considering smh...

Waited in drive thru for 10 min before anyone took my order. Keep in mind I was the only vehicle at the speaker. Then my food was cold, bc I ordered on mobile. My fries were burnt and unsalted. The manager didn't seem to care when I complained.
These people can't count. I ordered a 10 piece nugget and got 8 in the box. My fries in all 4 of my meals were soggy and awful. The woman took 5 mins trying how to ring up no ice on my drink. They guy accepting money has a blue mask on that was 3 different shades of brown. They didn't give me any sauces for all 3 of my nugget meals that I ask for. My kids both got nugget happy meals and we're sad. They both got sweet teas. One was in a clear cup and the other was in a child's cup. I completely do not understand. Whatever 16 year old that's running this place needs to be fired. I called 4 times and nobody ever answered the phone. This place is a joke.
