Worker did not pay attention while we were ordering and had to ask us multiple times to repeat for him since he kept getting distracted. He then proceeded to not bring us some extra forks when we asked him twice. They did not have coke syrup yet they gave us watered down coke, we had to go inside and asked for another one and they gave us another watered down coke.

I was in to get double cheeseburger, they didn't have so I got regular cheeseburger. I was told to pull up, and three people got theirs,before me, and I still waited for mine. He bought mine out and said it takes time to cook it. HELLO. three people got theirs before me.

Had to give one star. I ordered five items all five items were wrong. Not one or two but all five wrong. Store wouldn’t answer the phone so I called the owner as I as instructed on the receipt he apologized and offered a refund. I sent him my receipt then he ghosted me. Sorry service. Check your order because your screwed if you leave without checking it. My burger was supposed to be a double large fry and drink. It was a single small fry small Coke. Two plain cheeseburgers for my dogs came fully dressed. All five items wrong.

I must say for as busy as they were with Drive Thru wrapped around the building and just about every slot/screen ordering taken , I got my food very quickly not even 5 minutes after I ordered and it was all Hott and fresh.Parking: The space that you pull in is kinda tight if you’re driving a SUV OR OTHER LARGE VEHICLE.

I checked my gift card balance same day tried to use it, they swiped the card 3 times and told me nothing was on it. When I checked it hours before. This place is awful and I don't trust it imagine how many times it's happened before me. What a shame. Girl at the window just said sorry. Like wow. Sad.

So, we pulled up to the stall and placed an order and expected a wait because there's always a 5-10 minutes wait. After 20 minutes, we buzzed again, but after 5 minutes of no response, we just decided to go in to figure out what's going on. The only response we get is, "Oh, we didn't make your order because we thought you were in drive-thru and drove away." Even though we were never in drive through and always at the stall. So we spent almost an hour total waiting for two combo meals. I'm rather offended by their lack of professionalism, slow acknowledgment speed, and them acting like it's our fault they rang us up incorrectly and charged us twice with no reason so we have to contact the bank tomorrow to dispute the charge.

The staff at the sonic around 10pm on 10/20/23, were absolutely amazing. Most places we go out to eat with my wife and 3 kids have a hard time being happy, the whole group was amazing at this location!! The carhop was super patient and friendly, and a few of the back staff were extremely nice and helpful our whole visit! Thank you for great customer service! And giving a family the experience every restaurant should be!!

Order two meals pay $21 for two hot dogs two drinks was supposed to get a order of tots and a order of fries they didn't give them to me I tried to call ahead to let him know I was coming so they can make them fresh and the phone line was not picked up for 15 minutes was being used for personal calls by manager and they still try to hand me the old tater tots and old fries that was been sitting there need new manager and a better atmosphere so they could be more professional
