location #06563 10 :36Am 4/6/ 24 fries were cold mozzarella sticks were ice cold ordered sandwich was cold Bnc classic sweet tea it was unsweet she could have told us if they were out, we would not have minded, she could of gave us straws as well maybe she would had had she not been unpleasant about it being Saturday morning ( Kandice ) . $26.67 gets you this kind of service nope not coming back next time ill go to the bk next door.

Went in for lunch had a Greek Gyro meal with a shake instead of a fountain drink. The meal was good; however, the restaurant itself needed some touch up cleaning. The floors were a little sticky and some of the tables needed wiping down. Was almost empty when I was there, but I did not mind, because I do not like too many when I am in a restaurant.

I don't really get it... All the employees were outside, not inside. We waited at the drive-thru speaker for a bit, then we went around. They were all outside. We went to the place next door to pick up chicken for the person who wanted chicken in our party. Because that's why we went to Arby's in the first place, and then in the parking lot I realized all the employees that were outside, we assume they had to close for some reason like a power problem, They all went back inside. It's like the entire restaurant decided to go outside for a little bit... I mean it feels like some sort of a union walk out whatever.They are just hanging out.

This place was filthy. The floors, all the tables were tacky and spilled drinks & food everywhere. I would’ve left, but I was with others. 18 min. wait for 2 fish sandwiches. One sandwich was cold. The bun on the other sandwich was so hard you couldn’t dent it with your finger. We did not eat. I paid for the drinks but asked and received a refund on the food.

We went through the drive through at this location and was treated rudely by the lady working the window. I believe she was upset with other employees or with the manager. She took her anger out on us, ignored a question and slammed the window on us. To make matters worse we called the restaurant to speak with the manager and he blew us off. To make matters even worse, after we got a disappointing response from the manager we called the corporate customer service number. She took our information and we are still waiting for follow up. The cost of fast food has gone up dramatically. I realize a store manager or an employee has no control over pricing but to pay that kind of money and get average to bad food and bad service is not acceptable. No response from Arby’s, I will take my money elsewhere.
