Interesting items on the menu. We loved everything we ordered. The roasted Brussel sprouts were tasty!! You do need reservations. Great place off the beaten track. I don't know how many times I've driven past it and never saw it! My friend from Henderson had been there and recommended it. Excellent!

Fine dining, but not snooty or intimidating, always a great experience. Shorter menu than many places, but then more care is taken in preparation. (I double-dog-dare anyone to eat *only* one slice of the bread here. Yummy!)

I eat at Bills about once a week. I travel throughout the country on work and this restaurant would rate highly anywhere. The selections are fresh just like the food. I love the filet, always cooked to perfection. The chocolate mousse is the perfect ending to a wonderful evening.

The quality of the food is top notch. I appreciate that the menu is continuously updated. Sometimes you go in thinking you want one thing for dinner, end up seeing something interesting on the menu, and you make a left turn. I've never had a disappointing meal at Bill's and appreciate the little niche he fills in our community.

Nice quieter place to take a business person for lunch. It's generally quiet enough to have a good conversation and the restaurant makes a good impression with its interior as well. Highly recommend.
