Our food was all brought out several mins apart from one another which then made part of my family eat while others were waiting on their food. When I asked to speak to the manager the waitress rolled her eyes and stated oh my god! I stated when giving our order that my husband had an onion allergy and she made a huge deal over me checking my husbands food before handing it to him due to his allergies and she makes the snotty statement “there’s no onions on it”. Like please don’t question me checking my husbands food. Very rude and disgusting

This B-Dubs was excellent all the way around. The food came out hot and fresh, seasoned perfectly. My server did an amazing job of taking care of me. The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms.

We were there with our youth hockey team on a busy Sat night. The staff did a great job taking care of us, although it was busy so it was a lengthy process. A little too chaotic for my taste, but as expected. They should play more hockey on their TV's but otherwise, ?. Thanks Owensboro...

Any time we visit this location there is an issue with something...slow, tons of dirty tables, trash all over the floor, the bathrooms working or being nasty. Bathrooms were the latest issue. We came in, choose a table in the bar, ordered and were brought our drinks. Server came to take our order, then left...to come back within 5 minutes to say "the bathrooms are broken again, so I can bring your food, but you can't order anything else or any more drinks." Again. Seriously. I've tried to brush it off when there was an actual porta potty truck parked out front but the persistence of the bathroom issues has ended my relationship with this buffalo wild wings. If there isn't a bathroom, what are the employees doing? How are THEY washing their hands, dishes, using the restroom? Prepping my food and drinks? Disgusting. I do not plan on coming back until this issue is resolved. And your poor employees!!!! There was a game on, and they're losing out on their tips and income for something they have zero control over. I'll find other places to eat wings and drink. Our server was very nice about it, but clearly frustrated. When we left there were customers standing out from questioning US as why there was a closed sign on the door when there were people in there and a game on.

Jesse did her best with kitchen running so slow. 45 minutes from order to being served was disappointing.Ya'll need paper towels in the damn bathroom! That or make the door push to exit. Bunch of non-hand washing slobs in there! Pretty sure that grosses most people out.Seeing the barfight apparently brought on by one of your waitresses was a bonus. Good thing there is a sign on the front door that bars anyone from bringing a firearm in. What a joke!
