Manger at burger King was very nice to patrons but wasn't friendly even ignored and frowned at me and my hispanic boyfriend as my food order was finished she preceded to grab my bag of food and drop it on counter said there was not a comfortable environment even rolled her eyes at me

Slowest service I have ever received in my life. The drive in line did not move once in ten minutes so finally went inside. It was so slow. Lacinta was taking orders in slow motion when she felt like sauntering over to the register. I did not want to waste my time filling out the stupid cash register survey; who does? The owners need to do some spot checking.

I ordered a large combo in the drive through. I overheard them talking about ice. Then I was handed an obviously warm drink with no ice. I thought whatever, since I was going home. The sprite was completely flat! The fries were overcooked as well. Sad way to run a business.P.S. the manager was the one at the window serving me!

They are one the few restaurants left that actually still care how long it takes to get your food out to you. The managers there are doing an excellent job keeping the few employees that they have on track.

I kinda miss going there to grab a bite see some old & new aquaintenaces family & friends. They were working on the ice machine even if managed correctly they could have fixed at a slower time they usually peak between 5pm - 9pm

Food was great restaurant was emaculate. Staff was talking loudly and inapropraite. Very unprofessional and the manager was the main culprit.
