We were staying at the hotel on a rainy night and didn’t want to drive. We choose to eat at the hotel restaurant and really glad we did. Hubby had the Angry Pig burger which was juicy and hot. It had bacon, cheese, jalapeño, onion rings among the normal stuff. He loved it. I had the Farm Fresh Burger which had boursin cheese, grilled onion mushroom and more. The patties were really thick and juicy. We will head back for breakfast after seeing the unique menu.Parking: Plenty of spacesWheelchair accessibility: On the main floor with spacious tables with water view.

Here for the hotel. I always like the convenience of a restaurant in the hotel when in town on business because it takes away the stress of trying to find places when you're from out of town and short on time. The hours suck. They're not open for lunch and closed on Sunday nights which is when I arrived. The food isn't amazing but it's pretty good. I think almost everything I ordered had an issue (the chicken sandwich was a looong wait, the waffles didn't come with fruit and whipped cream, I got wheat instead of white toast, they were out of any wine I would order, etc) and the service isn't super friendly. But for the convenience a solid 3.5 stars I'd say.

I am in town for a work conference and was really excited to see the hotel had a restaurant and then I was even more excited when I saw that they had fried pickles. I'm having them and the BT Cobb salad for the second time. I had the burger last night and it was the perfect way to end a travel day. There are plenty of other dining options nearby but honestly I may just eat here everyday. The staff are friendly, the space is clean and inviting and the service is so fast! I would stay at this hotel again just for Burger Theory.UPDATEI did eat every meal at Burger Theory including a delicious breakfast before I left. I'm still thinking about those fried pickles.

I was staying at this Holiday in for 4 days as we had an audio competition next door at the Owensboro Convention Center. The only thing that I would give your Restaurant lower than 5 stars would be on the hours that you are open.We wanted to eat lunch at noon however that is the time you Close. We had the Best waitress I’ve ever had at any restaurant ever and if it was not for her we wouldn’t have gotten to eat here and we would have gladly spent our money elsewhere.

Ya'll... his was the best fish taco's I've had anywhere! They were fabulous!! Thick pieces of well seasoned fish, fat full tacos! I couldn't eat it all and had a meal for the next night! I was in town for a week and I ordered them Again.. .. something I NEVER do in a hotel restaurant! The hamburger was good too! Limited menu but great price snd service!

Worst burger I ever ate or should say try to eat. So much grease we ordered it to be cooked medium well and it was well done we ordered sautéed mushrooms we got like 5 tiny pieces when we asked waitress to bring us some she did and bowl was swimming in grease with so much salt you couldn't eat them onion rings was loaded with so much salt it relexted off like glass we told waitress all she kept saying was I know I'm sorry. We paid almost 43$ for food we couldn't eat. Next time I will do drive through at McDonald's will never eat here again!!!!

First time visit, and won't be the last.Party of three and we tried three different burgers. Each were well prepared and tasted delicious. I did let the server know I felt the grilled onions were undercooked, but that wasn't too big of a deal. The fries were not my favorite, but the seasoning on them was quite good. They, too, could have been cooked longer IMO.The restaurant itself was clean, and well kept. The view of the river is lovely. Our server, Chloe, was fantastic. She was always timely, made sure everything was to our satisfaction, and was among the most personable servers we've had anywhere in some time. Thank you, Chloe.Overall, a definite winner in my book. I'm sure we'll be returning soon.Parking: The restaurant is in the lobby of the local Holiday Inn, and there's plenty of space to park.Wheelchair accessibility: The floorplan seemed open enough to be easily accommodating.

The food would have been delicious had it been hot. From the appetizer to the meal it was barely warm. The fries seem like oven fries you make at home that weren't baked long enough. The nacho fries had a fabulous flavor and would have been divine if they had just been hot. My husband loved the BT Boss burger. It was super cheesy and had a great flavor. Again, it was barely Luke warm. Other than that the food tasted good. .
