Had an excellent experience at Colby's deli and cafe! Called at 8:30 am, and they had a 12-person order ready by 11. The staff, especially Collin, were incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations. The chicken salad is hands down the best I've ever had! Huge thanks to Collin and the entire team at Colby's deli!

Colby's has a small breakfast menu, but each item was delicious! We tried the quiche, biscuits and gravy, and cinnamon roll. It was all yummy and the staff was sweet. Best of all, it was all very reasonably priced!

I noted the kids' menu for future reference: this would definitely make a nice outing for myself and my little one. Excellent stop for a quick and delicious lunch.
