The absolute worst service I’ve ever received at a restaurant. The food was decent but definitely will not return

Nice clean restaurant but lacking in several areas. Quickly seated with chips but nobody came to get our order, the chips were stale, the meat in the chimi was well overcooked, and not exaggerating only a teaspoon of sour cream and a teaspoon of guacamole if that much. In checking out was overcharged $3.25 for a drink we didn’t order. With all that said yes I would go back but would be extremely cautious with everything!

This had to be the worst Mexican restaurant I've ever ate at. The service was awful we didn't get refills not the first time. We didn't get anything but the wrong change given to all 5 of us on 5 separate tickets . The food was

Food taste like crap. The soy cream was gritty and the beans tasted rotten. We were given no silverware until we asked after our food game.

Love this place!!! One of my favorite Mexican restaurants. Pretty good service. We also get the gorditas and wet burrito ( it has two different meats in it- chicken & beef- but the chicken is a little bbq tasting by my boyfriend LOVES it and it's huge. )

I like most of the items i have tried here.. Today the salsa seemed spicier than it usually is. (Which is fine, still amazing) The batter on the chili relleno was slightly soggy, but it still tasted good. I'm not sure what item my husband ordered, but the chicken tasted wonderful.

Cute place, staff is very friendly and helpful with menu questions, restaurant was clean, prices were very reasonable. Wasn't a personal fan of the ground beef or the spicy chicken. Spicy chicken tastes so "smokey" you can't taste much else and the ground beef tastes similar to ravioli. Steak tips and grilled shrimp were very tasty.
Parrish Ave Ernestos. We love the Ernestos on Frederica Street. The Parrish Ave restaurant has some work to do to meet Fredericas standard. The waitress did not understand our order. We did tell another of the wait staff what we wanted, and we were still served the wrong order. The salsa was spoilt. We asked for a new one, and they brought us the same salsa. They finally brought us the mild version (we prefer heat), and it was not spoilt. The food we were served one order was cold to lukewarm. The wrong order we were served was good and heated correctly. The booth seating is not fastened down, so moved if you moved.

Staff, we're super friendly. Food was excellent.Parking: It is a commercial parking lot
Real authentic Mexican food at good prices is hard to find. But Ernestos has it. The free chips and salsa are great too. The salsa has a good flavor and zip to it. Definitely recommend this place. We had the mole and tamales. Looking forward to trying more dishes my next time I visit!
