I ate lunch with my RVP and DM along with other fellow peers in between our meetings and this was the worst experience ever! My burger was wrong and had to send it back 3 times to where everyoneelsewas done that i had to get mineto go. Never again will I eat at this location

I wrote off Freddy’s as a whole until I got phenomenal service by Dalton. I wish all the employees took after him. The food was great but what really sold me was how valued as a customer I felt. Hell yeah to custards, fries and dalton!

I have an autistic son. He's 23. Never asked us for anything but when we go to Owensboro Kentucky that's all he asked is for. Can we eat it? Freddy's he loves his Freddy's on our trip out to Utah. Every state we went through we had to find Freddy's or at least try to for him. And thank God they're opening of Freddy's in Utah and Utah County. Now when we go to visit every year his Freddy's will be there. He's so happy and I love their fries ?
The quality of service was amazing, ordering process was quick and helped me figure out what to eat. Didn’t take long at all for the food to come out, under 6 minutes atleast. Super kind workers, would seriously recommend eating here often. And compared to most fast food, prices are reasonable and or better depending on your spending.
