We have found LongHorn consistently provides great food and our service has always been great! We’ve been to Lexington, Frankfort and now Owensboro. Owensboro, KY LongHorn did not disappoint! The food was fantastic and our server was very attentive to detail. She was also extremely friendly and welcoming which makes you feel like she’s glad you are dining at LongHorn! Thanks for the continued great dining experience.

Waited 45 mins to be seated and was told another 35-45 mins but was seated after they finally cleaned several dirty tables then another hr and I couldn't get a steak cooked md/well so I had to wait for another. I ate a potato and ear of corn for supper while the rest of my party enjoyed a nice steak meal as I sat waiting for a second steak that came back so tough the knife wouldn't cut it and it was under again! Manager tried to gaslight me to take it anyway! NO SUPPER FOR ME!

My sirloin steak was awful ,it was dry but I didnt want to wait any longer on our food ,it was the grilled shrimp with the 6 oz sirloin steak.we hax a party of 11 people.
I had steak and shrimp and my boyfriend had a new york strip. Our server was very personable and friendly. Not too crazy about the low lights, but the all around experience was pleasant.

Good steak and food. But the last visit had us sitting in an up front booth that was colder than a deep freeze on a cold winter night. Service was slow and atmosphere unpleasant because of the extremely cold seat. Next time will leave no matter how good the food is. In essence a freezing seat made for a miserable dining experience.

Great place! Dined here last night with a party of six. We had several different things from the menu. We all raved about how great the food and service was. We had steaks, chicken and shrimp, all delicious. Also a real personal touch was the manager (Emily) ? came to the table twice just checking in. And we had a sweetheart of a server ( Kirsten S ) that was excellent.UPDATE; we have made several more visits to Longhorns in Owensboro and the great service and food continues. Manager Emily checked in on our table and actually treated us to a dessert for our loyalty. ? and we had a new server named Amethyst. She was perfect. Could not ask for better service!Another update; 02/21/24 everything at the Owensboro restaurant is still right on! One of my favorite restaurants. I had not seen the manager Emily for a couple of years and we go there fairly regularly, but yesterday Emily stopped by our table and showed her appreciation for our loyalty. Really a nice person.
