If you value your mental and emotional sanity, you will avoid this location. McDonald’s is not the standard of excellence, by any means, but this location is a frequent offender regarding incorrect orders, poor service, and marginal food quality.Go to the 4800 Frederica location instead and save yourself the headache.

This place is horrible, I had to wait for 30 minutes for my order and then I didn’t get the happy meal I ordered so had to wait longer. When I finally got the happy meal they didn’t give me the frappe I ordered so I had to wait even longer. The employees were all in the back on their phones instead of waiting on customers and the place was filthy. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The West Parrish location in Owensboro, Kentucky is ALWAYS dirty. The play area is disgusting, the restrooms are always gross and out of soap and toilet paper. The fountain drink area is always a disaster, meanwhile you hear everyone behind the counter and kitchen laughing and having a good time. They need someone to keep this restaurant clean throughout the day and night. Oh, I can't forget about the floors.? Health inspectors need to visit this location on a weekend. Just saying.

Short handed no drinks could be offered. The gentleman that was to be taking orders kept having to take orders outside leaving the counter unattended. The burrito was barley warm but the store did look visibility clean.

Food runner approached my vehicle and introduced themselves as, "Here", and proceeded to hand me my bags of food. I traveled home. While handing out nuggets I learned I was short 2 nuggets. My guess is someone didn't want to drop more nuggets or, they can not count to 4.

Prices are going up, where service and quality are really not reflective of the cost. For a national chain, I would have expected somewhat more of an experience. I have found It is almost impossible to get a milk shake at any local store.

The place was a mess the bathrooms were nasty. The workers well 5 of them setting in the dining area talking about kids that walked in. They were pointing at some kid saying how ugly he was and talking loud enough for the people to hear. Also the ice cream machine was down.

Did a mobile order and went thru the drive thru to pick it up...woman in the drive thru window didnt get all of the car in front of mes order so he had to tell her most of it at the window. I get up to the window after telling the woman my code and my order isn't even close to ready and had to get pulled out of the drive thru to wait on my order. This is ridiculous.
