Service was wonderful, staff was friendly and extremely apologetic about their supply shortages of large cups and 12 inch tortillas. Answered my questions about menu options and greeted me when I walked through the door. Only reason for the second star was their stellar workFood wasn't great. Pork was in fact not edible, but may have been Alpo. Their scoop sizes are incredibly small and they charge for queso, so you end up taking on a lot of small increases to your cost without realizing it.Will not eat here again, unless I want to be reminded how lucky I am taco bell exists.

First time visit. Went through the drive thru. Ordering was somewhat confusing. You have to pull up and look at menu, then pull up again and push buttons on an order board. I though I was selecting what I wanted but realized when I got home that I was supposed to eleminate what I didn't want. The portions were big. The queso was excellent. But needless to say, I ate only a little because it was stuff I did not want. Seemed fresh. Chips, salsa and cheese was great! I will try it again.

1st time. Service was good. Employees helpful and courteous. Place clean. Didn't really know what to expect so I was a little disappointed when it was what I envisioned. Not their fault but mine. Give it a try people!!

It was really bad food i ever tasted. I tried moes before and i liked it but this time the rice was really hard, the veg bowl was not tasted good. The customer service was okay. We went over there around closing time, i think that is the reason.

For the price, the product and especially the quantity given are not worth it. I ordered a bowl with chicken (no rice or beans) and decided to get queso. There was so little queso that I couldn’t even taste it so I don’t know if it’s any good or not. They put half of their small scoop of pico de gallo in it, a sprinkle of lettuce, and a thin line of sour cream. The bowl packaging is a good size and they barely put anything in it. It truly makes no sense. The food probably goes bad a lot. There was a ton on their bar and I was one of two customers after 5pm. Chips came with it, but there were only 10 put in the bag. They barely covered the bottom of the bag. Overall, they definitely should decrease their prices and increase portion sizes.

My first time ever at a Moe's. The staff was friendly enough and the food was good. I regretted some of the veggies I added to my burrito, but that was all on me. The flavor of the beef was pretty good and the chips were good. They have really good queso and top notch sweet tea. They have a large variety of different salsas that i didn't manage to test, but it sounds interesting.
App order, walk in, grab food, leave. No interaction needed.

Went here for lunch and was very pleased. It's clean and the staff are kind. I ordered a burrito and it was hot and fresh and tasted great. My experience here was better than ones I've had at Chipotle and Salsaritas. The free salsa you get when you order chips is a nice touch. The prices are comparable to other similar restaurants. I will definitely be coming back!
