Went to pick up some take out for a patient of mine, the girl brought it out I paid her, she said have a good day and walked away from the vehicle, I sat there for 10 mins waiting for her to come back out with my change which was 75 cents , since it was my patients money all of it had to be counted for even the change so I walked back in and politely told her I was due 75 cents She had the nerve to raise her voice at me and was very nasty and snappy and she said "I WAS GONNA BRING YOU THE DARN .75 CENTS!!! No she was not we sat and waited and she never came back out she was so mad she didn't get to keep that .75 cents!!!! She shouldn't be in Customer service at all!!

Our service was excellent when we went on a random Monday night. The restaurant was not busy. We ordered a variety of food: lobster quesadilla, meatloaf, potato soup, green beans, loaded mashed potatoes. The rolls were excellent, as always, but the rest of the food tasted like it was frozen, thawed and served. The quesadilla was cold and watery. The rest of the food had the distinct taste of a frozen meal.

Ok burgers, double burger was supposed to be somewhat flavored w fried jalapeños, spicy queso but was bland, excellent chicken nachos appetizers but a little short on tortilla chips. Buffalo chicken wrap was good!

My husband and I stopped in at our O’charley’s for lunch on a weekend day. It was an icy snowy day so it wasn’t very busy. The food was great and so was the service. We will return!

It had been more than a decade since I last went to OCharleys. While out Christmas shopping the kids were hungry so we decided to stop in. Service was great, everything was clean, food was brought out quickly.My wife was really excited about potato soup and was sorely disappointed, it tasted like Campbell's cream of cheddar with some seasoning and a couple potato pieces tossed in, the fries were good, the patty melt was good but not $13 good, the chicken tenders were okay.I'm not sure why they changed the recipe, but the olden potato soup was what everyone tried to get their potato soup to be like. The new recipe is what someone who has never had potato soup and doesn't like potatoes might come up with.

Husband had catfish dinner and liked the fish pretty well, good breading, cole slaw was good. I had the Cajun shrimp pasta and the seasoning was pretty good but the alfredo sauce was dissapointingly thin and runny. Service was overall great.
