I don't go here often. It looks like they want you to order from one of the kiosks that are near the counter. If you wait long enough, someone will help you.Either way, the food selection is great! I'll have to try again to see what else they have.
We purchased Madagascar Vanilla bean latte (had a chemical after taste), Mac n cheese (good), green goddess Cobb salad with chicken (OK-they forgot to put the dressing in the togo bag), bread with our meal (ok), six bagels (good)

Good generally good. Service depends on the mood of the cashier taking your order... sometimes ok, other times the pits. The place is not what I'd call comfy...and sometimes the tables need to be washed off...it could be cleaner.
