Called pizza order in and it would be ready in 15 minutes. Made the 15 minute drive there and still had to wait an additional 25-30 minutes for it to get done.

I love pizza hut but delivery fees are stupid and cost drivers tip $. We're do they even go. It's just a way for corporations to stick it to the people that make them there $. Every one should boycott delivery fees. $4 plus a tip that's $10 to $15 for delivery fee and tip depending on how generous u want to be.They say a picture is worth a thousand words. This pic only needs one. Awesome! Thank u to the staff for making great pizza.

I pre ordered to pick up later on the same day. Our area experienced 4 inches of snow throughout the day. I was charged for my order however when I arrived it was obvious the store had not been open for hours if at all. I was not notified of this but was invited via email to pick up my hot pizza. The charge is still being held from my account. I feel I should have been notified so I could make other arrangements for my family. I had not planned to go grocery shopping and cook after working all day.

I'm not usually one to publicly complain because I know how it is to work in the food industry BUT we didn't have a survey code on our receipt ? Ordered at 6:44pm Supposed to be ready at 7:10 Arrived to pick up at 7:05 Lobby is closed. Get in line at drive thru. There's a car sitting at the window for a long time. Call store at 7:35 from the drive thru to ask, if our food is ready if the man at the window can pull ahead so we can leave. She said the man at the windows pizza should be done soon. Maybe like 5 minutes. 7:50 man in front of us get his pizza Paid for our food. Cinnabons are missing. Husband asks about them. She said "well are they on the receipt bc I didn't see them?" He shows her the receipt and said she can just give us a coupon or a discount. She said she can't do that. They're out of coupons, and the order has already been paid. But she can make them if we still want them. And asked if he could pull forward to wait 5 minutes. 8pm Cold. Soggy. Terrible. Fresh cinnabons though ? 10/10 do NOT recommend
Very bad experience. A front desk girl picked my calls but did hand up on me 3 times in a row. She ignorantly talked to me as if she didn’t want anymore customer, so I got mad. The restaurant ignored the customer which is painful. I have a huge regret coming to this Pizza Hut shop. I don’t recommend this place!

Not make the pizza late, the order wrong, pizza cold, it charged my card 200 dollars for 40 dollars of pizza (resolved now) , actually make it look like a pizza if its late ??♂️(looked like a fake pizza like the dough was the cheese or vice versa). I love pizza hut but this is the worst experience ive had at a pizza hut.
